Fire causes extensive damage at D & E Sawmill, Gradyville By Donald Hare Special ColumbiaMagazine.com story D & E Sawmill buildings and other property received extensive damage in a nighttime fire early this morning, Thursday, October 4, 2007, at 3:27amCT. Twelve Adair County Fire Department firefighters were on the scene at 1605 Richards Hollow Road, a county road off of the Gradyville Country Club Road, for one and a half hours battling the blaze. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
