Veterans list now has 10 members of Collins family listed VETERANS DAY, legal holiday & holiday observed, 2007: Remember: Sunday, November 11, 2007 is Veterans Day, a Legal U.S. Public Holiday; Monday, November 12, 2007; Veterans Day observed. Please help with list additions and corrections before these dates Please send observances to events if they are not already listed at EVENTS Gregory D. Collins, Sr, wrote: "I was active duty 7Jan 1975-18 June 1975 then returned to active duty 1 March1978 thur 1 Mar 1983. Also, my dad served in WWll for 5 years his name was Joe N. Collins Sr. My dad past away 22 Aug 1977 Thanks, the entries have been made for the following: "Gregory D. Collins, Sr, (active duty 7Jan 1975-18 June 1975 then returned to active duty 1 March1978 thru 1 Mar 1983); Joe N. Collins, Sr. (d. 22 Aug 1977), served in WWll."
