His name was John Crockett Kimbler--don't know if Confederate or Yankee!!!" We checked information at rootsweb.com, and the information shows he was a Union soldier. Jenny continued, "I never knew any of my grandparents--that's the result of being the youngest of 11," and asked, "Are you going back this far in your list of veterans?" The answer is yes, Revolutionary War Soldiers are included. The name of John Crockett Kimbler is now listed, a a Kimbler family breakout, with five names, has been created.
