Gypsy Jazz at Slider Recital Hall, Wednesday A really fine musical event will be at Slider Recital Hall, LWC, Harmonius Wail is a music group from Madison WI, which plays gypsy swing music int he spirit of Django Reinhardt. The performance is at 7:00pmCT and is part of the 2007 Fall Cultural affairs program at LWC. Django Reinhardt and Stephen Grappelli performed at the Hot Club of France during the 30s and 40s and developed the style of music known as gypsy swing or gypsy jazz.
