LWC Mens Golf leads at halfway point of Bluegrass By Chris Wells The Lindsey Wilson College men's golf team leads after today's first-round of the Bluegrass Fall Invitational hosted by Georgetown (KY) College. The Blue Raiders shot a team-total of two-under par 286 over the 6,852-yard, par 72, Cherry Blossom Golf Club. Campbellsville (KY) University is second with a team-total of 291 and Cumberland (TN) University is third with a team-total of 300. Lindsey Wilson junior Carlos Navarro and Campbellsville's Scott Webb are tied atop the leaderboard after each carded a two-under 70. Lindsey Wilson junior Abraham Gali is in third following his one-under par 71 and sophomore Travis Radford is fourth after an even-par round of 72. Freshman Ross Crowe shot a career-best 73 and sits in sixth position, while fellow freshman Joe Hood is 18th after a first-round total of 77. Three Lindsey Wilson individuals made their season debut today. Freshman Ross McKen shot a 78 and is in 25th position, while sophomore Zach Charbonneau and freshman Chris Lewis are tied for 31st following rounds of 80.
