Parks & Recreation did not meet September 6, 2007 Because a quorum was not present, the Columbia Parks & Recreation Board meeting scheduled for last night, Thursday, September 6, 2007, at 7:00pm, was not held. Chairman Charles Grimsley said that the board will meet at it's next regularly scheduled date of Thursday, September 20, 2007, at 7:00pm. About your Columbia Parks & Recreation Board: The five-member board meets twice each month, on the first and third Thursdays, at 7:00pm CT, in the Council Meeting Room, City Hall, 116 Campbellsville ST, Columbia, KY.
