Bryant's Snackin Shack honored by Edmonton chamber Bryant's Snackin' Schack, located at 3800 Greensburg Road, US 68 East of Edmonton, KY, was honored with a ribbon cutting ceremony on Saturday, September 1, 2007. The ceremony was part of a grand opening for the restaurant, which is operated by Adair Countians Mike and Alveline Bryant and their son Kevin. The business was formerly known as the Country Deli.
