Bryant's Snackin Shack honored by Edmonton chamber

Bryant's Snackin' Schack, located at 3800 Greensburg Road, US 68 East of Edmonton, KY, was honored with a ribbon cutting ceremony on Saturday, September 1, 2007.

The ceremony was part of a grand opening for the restaurant, which is operated by Adair Countians Mike and Alveline Bryant and their son Kevin.

The business was formerly known as the Country Deli. The Bryant's menu includes country cooking fare. Mike Bryant was a chef at the Country Inn in Columbia when it was operated by J.W. Fletcher.
