Adair County 4-H members win big at State Fair

Adair County takes a large number of blue ribbons. Long list of winners, their awards, in this story.

The following 4-H members participated in the 2007 Kentucky State Fair:


  • Lydia Tiller: Country Ham, Blue Ribbon; 4th place in Country Ham speech in age group. Foods, Red; Photography, White

  • Savhanna Pearson: Sewing, Red Ribbon

  • Alison Feese: Foods, Blue Ribbon

  • Leslie Cowan: Photography, Blue Ribbon

  • Kyle Mann: Photography, Red Ribbon, Ceramics- Red Ribbon, Arts- Blue Ribbon, Home Environment- Blue Ribbon

  • Lily Pearson: Sewing, Red Ribbon; County Ham, Blue Ribbon; 4th place in Country Ham speech and second place for ham for age group

  • Shae- Martin: Cloverbud Dog Poster, Green Ribbon

  • Aliza Martin: Junior Dog Poster, Blue Ribbon; Home Environment, Red Ribbon; Sewing, White Ribbon

  • Bailey Shepperd: Photography, Blue and Red Ribbons

  • Bethany Bault: Home Environment, Blue Ribbon; Photography, Blue and Red Ribbons

  • Sydney Bright: Photography, White Ribbon; Forestry, White Ribbon

  • Sean Keltner: Country Ham, Blue Ribbon

  • Thomas Keltner: Country Ham, Blue Ribbon; 5th place in Country Ham speech for age group

  • Dariann Smith: Country Ham, Blue Ribbon

  • Jakob Turner: Country Ham, Blue Ribbon

  • Brittany Rose: Country Ham, Blue Ribbon

  • Elijah Coffey: Country Ham, Blue Ribbon; 2nd place in Country Ham speech for age group
