Emily Griffitt Anderson murder case: Still no decision on re-trial

Anderson was charged in the murder of Adair Countian Emily Anderson who was reported missing from her Sawmills, NC home on December 29, 2005 and who body was found January 7, 2006 in Duncan, SC. A capital murder trial in Gastonia, NC, ended in a hung jury, one heavily in favor of acquittal.
