Announcement of learning services for adults The Adair County Adult Learning Center offers these free services: Literacy, GED preparation, family education, basic skills, English as a second language, college preparation, resume writing, workplace education, online courses, and Kentucky Employability Certificate (KEC). The learning center is open Monday-Thursday from 8:00am to 4:00pm. Night classes will begin Thursday, August 23, from 4-7:00pm CT each week. The Adair Co Adult Education and Literacy, Adult Learning Center is located at 403 Indian Drive, Columbia, KY. Phone (270) 384-4497.
