Winning scrimmage ends in loss of starting quarterback!

Starting ACHS Quarterback Brad Moore suffers season-ending injury at Albany, last night

The Adair County Indians were enjoying a winning start last night, Friday, August 10, 2007, in Albany, KY at in their scrimmage against Clinton County High School.

But the exuberance came to a screeching halt when starting quarterback #4 Brad Moorewas taken down by the opposing teamwitha hard fall.


Clinton County EMT's, on the scenel rushed onto the field to administer help. He was taken to the hospital where it was discovered he had a season ending broken arm.

Surgery will be preformed on Saturday, August 11, 2007, in Glasgow, KY to insert pins to help mend the break.

All coaches, players, and parents will bekeeping Brad in their thoughts and prayers as he under goes hissurgery and recovery.

Brad you will be greatly missed during this season's play by all.

Everyone wishes him a "Get well soon, Adair County Indians hero."

Adair County Indians starting quarterback Brad Moore, #4, in action, but symbolic of a later event, running out of the frame. Coach Clark Teague's team suffered a major setback when Moore took a hard fall and suffered injuries which sidelines him for the rest of the season.
