Will beignets be better in Columbia? To Ed, I'm curious. Will Mr. Hingle's beignets taste as good as Cafe du Mondes? :) I hope so. Nathan Compton As good? More better. Nothing like them in N'awrlins, whether it's at Cafe du Monde or D.H. Holmeses lunch counter or at the Woolsworth store. Regardless, the setting is much better at Mr. Hingle's. Prettier petunias.
