Veterans updates: 3 Sparks brothers added to list Six members of Sparks family now on list of Adair County Veterans Mr. Waggener, I wanted to add my father, James H. (Jiggs) Sparks, Army, Korean Conflict (d. April 9, 2001), and J.C. (Joe) Sparks, WWII, Gradyville Sparks Mill owner/operator (d. April 13, 2005); and W.A. Sparks, WWII; to the Veteran's Listing. J.C. and W.A. are my uncles. W.A. still resides in Gradyville. My father passed away April 9, 2001 and Uncle Joe passed away April 13, 2005.
