My grandfather (Noah Page) preached there for many years back in the 60's. Good to see Charity Baptist is still a lighthouse in that community.

Homecoming at Charity Baptist Church, Sun., July 28, 2007

George Rice shows a copy of the "The History of Charity Church," in front of the famous sign at the church on Holmes Bend Road as Homecoming observances were getting underway this morning. The book, which was published two years ago, in 2005, by South Central Printing, Columbia, KY, is sold out except for two copies. Homecoming morning worship is at 11:00am, which will be followed by a reunion fellowship potluck and singing. The pastor is Jim Hagan.
