With two photos
By Mary Phelps-Hathway

We just got back from an amazing trip to Alaska where we visited Anchorage, Homer, Palmer, and Fairbanks. It was a working vacation covering horse life in Alaska, and we were kept busy gathering matterial for upcoming coverage on both our websites Horse Daily, Dressage Daily and several equestrian magazines.

While we were on tour, our competent international reporting staff has been busy in Rio De Janerio, Brazil reporting on the Equestrian Pan American Games. Where the American Dressage and Eventing Teams won Gold, and the Showjumping team Bronze.

There is no place like home here in Columbia though.

We celebrated our return with a fish feast of Alaskan halibut, which we caught ourselves, and salmon and shrimp we traded for photographic services.
