Information on Burley & Mary Foster family Two letters received in response to "Seeking information on Burley & Mary Foster family" To Sharon Foster Wooten via CM: I'm very familiar with this family. Burley was my great Grandfather's brother (Charlie Foster). Burley was married to Mary Linda Simpson and she was my great grandmother's sister (Maude Simpson Foster-Burton). Burley was the son of John Foster and Nancy "Nicey" Overstreet. Mary Linda was the daughter of George Henry Simpson and Martha Jane Campbell. My grandma, Jewel Foster Harmon and her siblings were all DOUBLE first cousins to Delmar Foster et al. I have quite a few old photos and things that may help Sharon Foster Wooten. s/Jason Harmon bjeharmon@hotmail.com This advice was sent by Debbie Sharon, You may have some luck finding info on www.rootsweb.com or the KYGENWEB. On both of these sites there are numerous links for census, land, marriage, death records, etc. Good Luck! - DEBBIE This story was posted on 2007-07-25 20:41:55
