Feedback: Caitlyn made awesome double play To the editor, CM: I am a proud grandma (Caitlyn's) & mother-in-law (Coach Scotty) of the Nuckolls. Caitlyn plays second base. She made an awesome play about midway of the game. After retrieving the ground ball, she tagged the runner "out" and threw the ball to first base to get that runner out also. The double play was awesome. Adair County should be proud of the entire team.Their team efforts were great. Thanks for the good publicity. "Way to go, eleven year old girls." s/Sue Bailey Related photo, Kentucky State Champion Little League 11 year old Softball Team! This story was posted on 2007-07-18 15:49:59
