Family, consumer group to celebrate 100th year at dinner at LWC

The Lake Cumberland Area Family and Consumer Sciences Agents would like to invite you and/or Family and Consumer Sciences majors to a 100th year Celebration on Tuesday, July 31, 2007 at 11:00 am CT at Lindsey Wilson College Roberta Cranmer Dining and Conference Center in Columbia, KY. A representative from the University of Kentucky School of Human Environmental Sciences will be sharing a short history presentation with the group. We will have a great lunch and a wonderful celebration!



Everyone with a Home Economics/Family & Consumer Sciences degree is welcome. Any student majoring in related degrees such as, Fashion Merchandising, Early Childhood Development and Clothing/Textiles is welcome to attend as well.

Please send payment of $10 per person to the Russell County Extension Office by July 20th if you plan to attend. Please make checks payable to Russell County Activities Fund. Feel free to call or e-mail Pam York at pyork@uky.edu with questions, comments or requests you have regarding this celebration. Educational programs of the Cooperative Extension Service serve all people regardless of race, color, age, sex, religion, disability or national origin.
