Wells. Parents of the bride are Marvin and Ruth (Jackson) Scott of Greenup, Ky and Harry and Kathy Scott of Ashland, Ky. Brides grandparents are Rev. Victor and Joyce Jackson of Greenup, KY. The bride's mother is a 1976 graduate of Adair County High School. The bride's grandfather, Rev. Victor jackson, was the Pastor of Praise Assembly of God Church on Jamestown Hill in Columbia from 1973-1976. Parents of the groom are Paula Friend of Pedro, Ohio and Donald Friend of Pedro, Ohio.
