Emily Griffitt Anderson murder: Jury back from lunch

A call to Columbia, from NC, and relayed to us said tha the jury is deliberating again.


A blog at the Hickory Record announced that the Jury in the capital murder trial of Jerry Anderson has taken a lunch break. It's entitled, "Murder in Sawmills
A story was posted earlier this morning from the courthouse in Gastonia, NC, by WCNC.com which updates the situation outside the jury room.Jerry Anderson is accused in the December 2005 of his wife, Emily Griffitt Anderson. The state is seeking the death penalty.
