Several items on agenda for Parks & Rec tonight Charles Grimsley, chairman of the Columbia Parks & Recreation Board, has announced that, besides the selection of a new logo, the board will consider several other items at its regular third Thursday monthly meeting tonight at 7:00pm at City Hall. Also on the agenda are small park locations, CDP engineering, and will talk again, this time officially, about proposals for the Columbia Parks & Recreation to work more closely with the Adair County Little League Board. Among the proposals are the transfer of part or all of the Little League's property on Industrial Drive, and to have the Little League program operate as part of the City Park system.
