ACRD schedule: Athey will be ditching in District 6 today

EXTRA ROAD CAUTION! Due to the rain and work construction this week on the following roads; Calhoun Loop, Vester Road, and Beechtop Road slick road conditions could exist. Please exercise additional caution when driving on these roads.
Work is scheduled in Districts 3, 4, 6 today, but we'll happily go inside if the rain falls today

The Adair County Road Department will be ditching on the Beechtop Top Road and Hutchsion Loy Road in District 6 with the Athey Loader. Please drive carefully in these areas, and be prepared to stop while the road department is loading dirt.

District 3: Mowing roadsides.

District 4: Cold Patching on various roads.

Hopefully this will come to a stop if it rains!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Which is very much needed. If rain comes, the Road Department will work on road signs and put speed limit signs put up.

Please drive carefully in work areas and be prepared to stop for road work. - LISA LEE, from the office of Adair County Judge Executive Ann Melton.
