On May 22, 2007 40 Drug Court programs across the state donated their pop tabs to the Ronald McDonald House, for a total of 3,354 pounds. Adair/Casey Drug Court donated 1,337 of the total pounds.

The total contributed for the local drug court was the highest in the state, and actually accounted for just a 39.86% of all the pop tabs contributed across the state!

Ronald McDonald house charities sell the tabs and put the money into a special fund for the families staying at the home, while their children are in a nearby hospital.

Donating tabs were each of Casey County's five elementary schools, John Adair Elementary school, all drug court participants, many individuals and businesses.

The Adair County Drug Court offices are now located in Madison Square Office Building on Burkesville ST, but will be moved to the new Adair Justice Center, which is expected to be open at Merchant and Campbellsville Streets the last month of 2008.
