Feedback: Reader wants historical information on tunnel

To the editor, ColumbiaMagazine.com

Update to this letter. 8:29am Wednesday, May 23, 2007. Just talked to Larry Smith. The story of the tunnel is major. He has it all. Says it's thought to be haunted. That some say there is a curse on the tunnel and all those who visit it. He's going into historian mode tonight. We'll rush the information to readers when we get--as fast as is medically prudent. - Ed Waggener)

I would like to know more about the construction of this tunnel (Spurlington Train Tunnel ca 1983): when it was built , how , and by who.

s/Joe Auker
