Adair Co. KDH maintenance schedule for May 21-27 By Stephanie Daffron, KYTC, Somerset District 15 Department of Highways personnel plan to conduct the following maintenance activities in Adair County for the week of May 21, 2007 - May 25, 2007: Monday, May 21, 2007: 1) Clean ditch on KY 61. 2) Replace private entrance on KY 768 @ 27.2 MP Tuesday, May 22, 2007: 1) Replace private entrance on KY 1104 @ 2.5 MP. 2) Clean ditch on KY 61. Wednesday, May 23, 2007: 1) Clean ditch on KY 61. 2) Cut brush on KY 767 Thursday, May 24, 2007: 1) Cut brush on KY 767. 2) Clean ditches on KY 768 Friday, May 25, 2007: 1) Cut brush on KY 767. 2) Clean ditches on KY 768 Maintenance activities are scheduled on a tentative basis and are subject to change depending on weather conditions, emergencies and other factors beyond the control of the Department of Highways. Motorists are urged to use caution in work areas, and to be alert for flaggers, workers, equipment which may block a portion of the roadway, and other items of concern in work zones. They should pay attention to warning signs alerting them of the roadwork and obey work zone speed limits where applicable.
