City of Columbia Planning & Zoning meets May 10, 2007

PUBLIC NOTICE
Please be advised the City of Columbia Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on May 10, 2007, at 6:00 P.M. in City Hall to consider the following:

  1. A zone change request for 502 Rice Drive from R-1A Single Family Residential to R-2 Low-Moderate Density Residential. Property owned by Mike Robertson.

  2. Zoning one tract of land consisting of .83 acres on Highway 55 South and one tract of land consisting of .71 acres located on Creek Bend Road that have been requested to be annexed into the city limits by the owner of the property. Zone proposed for the area to be C-2 Highway Oriented Commercial. Property owned by Charles H. Cruse Heirs.

  3. Zone one tract of land consisting of 38.22 acres located on Highway 55 South and along Industrial Park Road and Creek Bend Road that have been requested to be annexed into the city limits by owner of the property. Zone proposed for the area to be C-2 Highway Oriented Commercial. Property owned by A.D. Bennett Heirs.
The hearing is open to the public.
