Driver injured in Half-Acre Road accident A Russell County driver was admitted to the Russell County Hospital and cited to court for DUI 2nd following an accident one mile north of Jamestown, KY, on Half Acre Road. The accident occurred Saturday evening, April 14, 2007 at 6:45pm. Bobby J. Garner, 42, was operating a 1989 Chevy, traveling west on Half Acre Road. He lost control, left the roadway striking a tree, crossed back over the road, and struck a ditch. A seat belt was not in use, and Garner was partially ejected.
