The City of Columbia Planning and Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold a Public Hearing on April 4, 2007, at 4:30 P.M. in City Hall to consider the following:
A request for a Conditional Use Permit in a C-3 Neighborhood Commercial Zone to construct a 2,400 sq. ft. building to serve as a Church for The Church in Jesus' Name. Property is located at 454 Tutt ST.
The hearing is open to the public.

About your City of Columbia Planning and Zoning Board of Adjustment: Chairman, Joe Flowers. Members, Billy Wheat, Edgar Troutman. The P&Z Board of Adjustment considers zoning variances and conditional use permits and sends their findings to the Columbia Planning and Zoning Commission. The Columbia P&Z Board has five members: Chairman Joe Flowers and members Lloyd French, George Kolbenschlag, Sue Stivers, and Annissa Radford.

A conditional use permit is sought for this site, 454 Tutt Street, for the construction of a 2,400 s.f. building to be used as a church by the Church in Jesus Name. A P&Z Board of Adjustment hearing is set for 4:30pm, Wednesday, April 4, 2007 relative to the request.
