Fifth Region Champions Adair County High School will play Lincoln County in the opening game of the Kentucky State High School Basketball Tournament in Lexington on Wednesday, March 21, 2007. Game time is noon, Eastern Time. The Kentucky primary election is just 68 days from now. Spring break at Lindsey Wilson College and at Campbellsville University. It's 18 days until Spring Break in the Adair County School District, which starts April 2 and runs through April 6, 2007. More importantly, it is 39 days until testing time in Adair Schools.

Work on the paving of new KY 61Thursday, March 15, 2007. The repaving is close to done on KY 61 through Grider Hill Pass. At the rate work has gone this weekend, the new road could be virtually complete this week. This morning at 9:00 only the two westside strips were.Traffic barrels had been moved this morning, with traffic traveling on the east lanes.
