Driver swerves to miss dog, overturns Amber D. Grider, 19, Russell Springs, KY, was traveling West on Blair Schoolhouse Road in a 1992 Dodge Stealth when she swerved to miss a dog. She then overcorrected, ran off the roadway, struck an embankment and overturned. Grider was wearing her seatbelt and was treated and released from the Russell County Hospital.
