Agenda for Relay Committee meeting announced By Angela Dean, Relay for Life 2007 Chairperson This is a reminder out that we are having a meeting this Thursday evening March 8th in the Lower Level of the Chamber of Commerce building. The times are 5:30 6:00pm CT committee, 6:00 7:00pm CT, team captains. This is the rescheduled meeting after canceling last week to possibly bad weather. Below is the agenda or some of the things we need to finalize and talk about.
Again, the demolition derby could possibly be a huge thing for relay and we are going to need people to volunteer to help all evening. Remember if you set up a booth you need to have a couple of people from your team to commit to helping the Jaycees. Here is a list of the teams that have contacted me about a booth, if you are not listed make sure I know before 4:00 Thursday afternoon, you can email me:
