KDH maintenance schedule for Adair Co., Mar 12-15, 2007 By Stephanie Daffron, District 8, KDH, Somerset Office Public Affairs Director Department of Highways Maintenance Schedule for Adair County Somerset, KY March 06, 2007) -- Department of Highways personnel plan to conduct the following maintenance activities in Adair County for the week of March 12, 2007 - March 16, 2007: Monday, March 12, 2007: 1) Clean ditch on KY 682. 2) Construct a private entrance on KY 80 @ 1.0 MP. Tuesday, March 13, 2007: 1) Construct a private entrance on KY 80 @ 0.5 MP. 2) Clean ditch on KY 682. Wednesday, March 14, 2007: 1) Clean ditch on KY 2971. 2) Construct a private entrance on KY 768 @ 13 MP. Thursday, March 15, 2007: 1) Clean ditch on KY 2971. 2) Construct a private entrance on KY 768 @ 2.5 MP. Friday, March 16, 2007: 1) Clean ditch on KY 2971. 2)Replace a private entrance on KY 55 @ 9.5 MP. Maintenance activities are scheduled on a tentative basis and are subject to change depending on weather conditions, emergencies and other factors beyond the control of the Department of Highways. Motorists are urged to use caution in work areas, and to be alert for flaggers, workers, equipment which may block a portion of the roadway, and other items of concern in work zones. They should pay attention to warning signs alerting them of the roadwork and obey work zone speed limits where applicable.
