Russell driver runs crossroad; then hits wall--repeatedly Man cited to court for DUI 1st, aggravated, after running intersection, striking wall, then backing up and striking wall approximately three more times. Larry W. Moore, 48, Jamestown, KY, was admitted to Russell County hospital after a crash early this morning 13 miles south of Jamestown. Moore was operating a 1998 Dodge van, traveling east on KY 1058 and went through the intersection of KY 39 and struck a concrete wall. After the initial strike, the driver back up and struck the concrete wall approximately three more times.Moore was cite to appear in court for DUI 1st, aggravating circumstances.
