Obituary: Lucille Coomer, 74

Lucille Coomer, 74, 388 Blue Bird Drive, Russell Springs, KY, died Thursday, March 1, 2007, at 2:59pm CT, at the Russell County Hospital Emergency Room.

The funeral service will be Monday, March 5, 2007, at 1:00pm CT, at Grissom Funeral Home, 200 Campbellsville ST, Columbia, KY, with the Rev. Elbert Hadley and Rev. Larold Gosser officiating.



A native of Adair County, she was the daughter of the late Sellers and Mary Emmer Sparks Loy and of the Baptist faith. She was a sales clerk at the Dress Shop in Russell Springs for 15 years.Survivors include:
  • Her daughter and son in law: Carol and Oscar Wilson, Russell Springs, KY

  • One nephew: Bob Jessie of Del City, OK
Burial will be in Loy Cemetery.

Visitation will be after 5pm CT, Sunday, March 4, 2007.

Grissom Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
