March 1, 2007 STORM WARNINGS. Cancellations

Adair County Emergency Disaster Coordinator Greg Thomas called at 4:01pm advising that the storm situation is very serious: He advises getting out NOAA Weather Radios and to Click Here for the NOAA Storm Center on the internet. We'll also be posting notices from WHVE FM 92.7's Dan Wilson as received.
CANCELLATIONS: The following events have been reported cancelled because of the storm warnings today, Thursday, March 1, 2007:
  • Knifley Little League Games. - from LISA LEE
  • Read Adair County at ACES - from LEE ANN JESSIE
  • Clover Buds at JAIS. from TONY ROSE
  • Relay for Life Committee Meeting at Columbia-AC Chamber of Commerce building - from ANGELA DEAN and MELISSA BURTON
