EVENTS: In 1635, The first public school in the United States, Boston Latin School, was founded. In 1866, Jesse James and gang commit first armed bank robbery in the United States history during peacetime at Liberty, MO. In 1935, Bruno Hauptman was found guilty of the kidnapping and murder of the son of Charles Lindbergh.
BIRTHS: In 1882, Bess Truman, first lady of the United States from 1945-1953. In 1892, artist Grant Wood. In 1923, Charles Elwood "Chuck" Yeager, the first man to fly faster than Mach 2, was born in Lincoln County, WbgV.

Friday, February 18th was the 100th day of school. Students at Colonel William Casey, in Mrs. Sarah Burton, Mrs. Julie Brockman, and Mrs. Shay Knifley's rooms were treated to an appreance by Zero the Hero.
