Wolf Creek Dam
When Ed Pipalski wrote that Adair County has no flood insurance, and that something ought to be done about it, he was on-trend, especially with communities downstream from Wolf Creek Dam. A story in a recent Nashville Tennessee tells of people who just hadn't thought of buying the insurance, but have it available. In Adair County, it simply isn't available.
