Feedback: Lucy Katherine has Chelf eyes To the editor Yes, this little girl really does have the Chelf eyes. My father was Presley Chelf from Knifley, and I live in Knifley now. I cannot remember Paul Chelf but I know he is my relative. I would like to hear more about the Chelf history. I do have some of it recorded, but always like to hear more. Maurita Chelf Herron Thanks, Maurita, for impartially affirming our verdict. (Lucy's parents are both lawyers.) Next time, we may even get a picture of Lucy dressed in official Chelf blue to make the obvious more so. We'll try to put other Chelfs in touch with you. We hope all of them will remember to contribute to and use the resources of the Genealogy Room at the Janice Holt Giles Memorial Library in Columbia. Thanks for writing. -Cousin Ed This story was posted on 2007-02-09 22:01:34
