The Wolf Creek Dam Crisis The Corps website carries the location of the dam break Inundation Maps. For now, they are at public libraries in Albany, Clinton County, KY; at the William H. Harlan Library in Tompkinsville, KY; and at the Russell County Library in Jamestown, KY; plus the Clay County Library in Celina, TN, and many libraries downstream in Tennessee. The Adair County Public Library is to receive at least the map of showing inundation in southern Adair County. Director Lee Ann Jessee said that he expects that map, and maybe a complete set, by Monday next week. The Adair County Map is in Judge Ann Melton's office; Adair County Emergency Disaster Management Coordinator Greg Thomas has the balance of a complete set.
