Single vehicle accident occurs on KY 61 South Lisa Parnell, 33, was treated and released at Westlake Regional Hospital following a single vehicle accident on KY 61 south of Columbia, KY. The accident occurred on Sunday, February 4, 2007.Parnell, who was belted, was operating a 1981 Chevy, southbound, when she lost control of the vehicle, left the roadway, and overturned. The vehicle was removed by Redmon's Towing. The incident was investigated by Trooper Jamie Richard.
