ADV. Ol' Joe's Barbecue open Fri., Feb. 2, & Sat. Feb. 3 CM editor's note: We're dead certain Ol' Joe is going to be open today. Checked before daylight and wonderfully delicious white smoke was rising out of the smoker stacks. That doesn't mean anybody's been elected. It means award winning barbecue TODAY! BARBEQUE: Ol' Joe Barbee's barbeque is open this weekend, February 2, and 3, Friday, and Saturday. Open at 10:30am; closing time each evening varies with supply of barbecue available. Ol' Joe is located on the East side of the road, just north of the Russell Creek Bridge on KY 55 (Campbellsville Road) inn Columbia. A special welcome to Central Kentuckians who are passing up towns with cold beer to eat barbecue washed down with soft drinks at Ol' Joe's Dining Room. Super Bowl fans: Book your orders for Ribs, Kentucky Wings and Chicken Quarters and more for your parties. (Ask about sides when you call.) Pickups will be available on Sunday, February 4, 2007. Joe will also take orders, at reasonable times, at this phone number: 250-634-0602. as well as the store phone, 270-384-2360. Click here for complete menu. (ADVERTISEMENT) CM editor's note: Yesterday we briefly announced that Ol' Joe would be open then. That was an honest error, not a cruel joke. ColumbiaMagazine.com does not joke about Ol' Joe's barbeque. We're as serious as salvation when it comes to that. This story was posted on 2007-02-02 09:15:28
