Monday, January 15, 2007, there are no cases in either Adair District Court, or in Adair Circuit Court today. Weather:
The National Weather Service outlook for Monday, January 15, 2007 - M.L.KING DAY: Occasional showers, mainly between 10am and 3pm. The rain could be heavy at times. Temperature falling to around 44 by 5pm. West wind between 11 and 17 mph, with gusts as high as 30 mph. Chance of precipitation is 100%. New rainfall amounts between three quarters and one inch possible. TONIGHT: A chance of rain showers before 8pm, then a chance of rain and snow showers between 8pm and 10pm, then a slight chance of snow showers between 10pm and 11pm, then scattered flurries after 11pm. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 30. West wind between 11 and 13 mph. Chance of precipitation is 50%. Little or no snow accumulation expected.

Deer danger Official reports of the deer harvest for Adair County for last year 2006, has risen by one over the weekend and now stands at 999 at last report,according to the Click Here to visit Kentucky Fish & Wildlife reports by Region.

Construction: All of the rock removal at Grider Hill Pass is complete, thanks to warm weather which has allowed activity. Construction action on the other side of the striped barrels barely interferes with traffic flow, but it does pay to take care for the safety of the operators.
