Little Cake Area has contributed greatly to U.S. defense

Steve Henry, SMSgt, retired, contributes seven more names to Veterans list

To the editor, ColumbiaMagazine.com:

The Little Cake Community of Adair County has quite a few veterans (some still serving) that are not listed in the article.

You already have at least oneindividual on the list that lived pretty much his entire life here in LittleCake and that is Sydney Grant.

This is not all inclusive, but here goes:
  • Edwin Goodin, MSgt, US Air Force, 1955-1976

  • Steve Henry, SMSgt, US Air Force, 1973-2002

  • Steve Henry Jr, TSgt, currently serving in the US Air Force, stationed at Hill AFB, UT

  • Brian Henry, SSgt, currently serving in the Kentucky Air National Guard

  • Theron Reed, CMSgt, US Air Force, 1979-2005

  • Tommy Corbin served in the US Army, but I don't know the dates.

  • Michael Bryant, served for a short time in the US Air Force.
Thank You for taking the time to compile this list.

Steve Henry
SMSgt, USAF Retired
These names are all added to the list. We appreciate the community name being included. If others would like the community name added to a listing, we'll be happy to do so.To see the updated Adair County Veterans list, Click Here.
