From IRAQ: Sgt Robbie Hancock adds names to Veteran's List

Hello, Ed:

This is Robbie Hancock and you can add me and my deceased father to the Adair County veterans.

I'm currently in Iraq on my second tour of combat over here. I'm presently in southeast Baghdad, Iraq, with the 149th Infantry doing presence patrol with Charlie Company.

My dad was James E. Hancock, who served in the U.S. Army during WWII.

I'm in the Kentucky Army National Guard and should rotate back to the states in September 2007 and say hello to everyone in Columbia, Kentucky.Sure miss ole Columbia now, but should be home in February for two weeks leave and maybe I could set up a meeting with you and I could let you print some pics I have from over here and you could post them.

Good day

Robbie Hancock

Thanks, SGT Hancock. We'll certainly add your Dad's name and your name to "Honoring Adair County Veterans." It's an honor to do so. It will be great to share your photographs from your time in Iraq. To visit the list, Click Here
