CPD arrest 2 adults, 1 juvenile in afternoon drug bust
Officers of Columbia Police Department (CPD) executed two search warrants this afternoon at 3:45pm CT, Tuesday, January 2, 2006, arresting two adults and and one juvenile and confiscating drugs, money, and paraphernalia. In the course of the search the officers confiscated crack cocaine with a street value of about $1,000, according to police, an undetermined amount of cash, and drug paraphernalia. The searches were at 707 Mack Street and at 900 Burkesville ST, according to the CPD.Arested were the following:
The juvenile was lodged in the Adair County Youth Development Center. More arrests are expected as the investigation continues, according to Columbia Police.
