Columbia City Police Dept. issues Dec. 2006 Activity Report Columbia Chief of Police Mark Harris has issued the department's report of citations and arrests and its activity report for December 2006. There were 59 citations issued and 457 calls for service in December 2006. The force also reports 10 incidents of assisting motorists, 61 lockouts, 25 escorts, 34 accidents investigated, and eight cases opened.
