Contract letting for Western Bypass likely in April 2007 Stephanie Daffron, spokesperson for the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, Department of Highways, has sent word that contracts for the Western Bypass around Columbia, KY will be awarded early in 2007."This is not scheduled until the spring letting," she wrote, adding, "We are probably looking at April (2007)."
