Obituary: Ronald Loy, 49 Mr. Loy had recently relocated with his family from Chicago. He attended Hadley's Community Church Ronald Loy, 49, 25 Hillcrest Lane, Columbia, KY, died suddenly Saturday, December 23, 2006, at 10:41pm, at Westlake Regional Hospital Emergency Room in Columbia, KY. The funeral service is Wednesday, December 27, 2006, at 11:00am CT at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, 210 Greensburg ST, Columbia, KY, with Bro. Elbert Hadley officiating. Interment will be in Loy Cemetery on Loy Cemetery Road, Fairplay, KY. He was the son of Bobby and Ruth Loy Moore, Columbia, KY. Besides his parents, he is survived by his wife, Deborah Siedlinski Loy, Columbia, KY, and the following:
