P&Z hearing on Holladay Place, S. KY 61 re- zoning Jan. 9, 2007 The Columbia Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing Tuesday evening, January 9, 2007 at 6:00pm. The hearing relates to rezoning of land requested to be annexed. The land is bounded by Petty's Fork Creek, the Louie B Nunn Cumberland PKWY, and KY 61. Property owners who have sent letters requesting the annexation include Dr. Ben Arnold, Danny and Sandy Pyles; Don Franklin, Eddie Franklin, Richard Lee Walker, and Marshall Loy; Holladay Place c/o Eddie Franklin, Newcomb Oil Co., James C. Holladay, and Steve and Lee Ann Willis. The public notice follows: PUBLIC NOTICE Please be advised the City of Columbia Planning Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on January 9, 2007, at 6:00 P.M. in City Hall to consider the following: Planning Commission to zone parcels of land located on Highway 61 South that have been requested to be annexed into the city limits by owners of the property. Zone proposed for the area to be C-2 Highway Oriented Commercial and R-1 Low Density Residential.The hearing is open to the public.
