Three injured in 2 vehicle accident on Wright Drive The Columbia Police Department investigated an injury accident Tuesday morning, December 19, at 10:45am CT, on Wright Drive in the limits of Columbia. Catherine Montgomery, 87, Columbia, KY, operating a 1992 Honda Accord, pulled into Wright Drive and struck a 1994 Buick LeSabre operated by Brenda Mullins, 57, also of Columbia. The Montgomery vehicle left the roadway, traveled across a yard, and struct a tree. The Mullins vehicle came to a rest in a yard. Catherine Montgomery, Brenda Mullins, and Barbara Stone, 71, Columbia, a passenger in the Mullins vehicle, were all transported to Westlake Regional Hospital by the Adair County Emergency Medical Service. The accident was investigated by Officer Jamie Cole of the Columbia Police Department. Information courtesy Chief Mark D.
